I am not the same as your earthly fathers. So often people view Me through earthly father tinted glasses. They view My church through broken family tinted glasses, and My Spirit through, angry, controlling mother tinted glasses. I know you have experienced these situations in your life, but I have called you to look beyond them to the truth of who I am. When you were a child, that was the only view you had, but now that you have grown, I want you to look at a bigger picture.  I want to reveal Myself to you in the broken places where you have been so disappointed and hurt by others.   As you reconcile your experiences to the truth, I will give you a ministry. The ministry of reconciliation. You will become a witness of My redemption.  Your life will become a globe of faceted glass. Each facet is an experience that I have redeemed in you, through which My glory is revealed.  I want to give you singleness of heart and vision.  I am bringing you to have an undivided heart that knows Me. ~God

1 Cor 13:11 (Phillips) When I was a little child I talked and felt and thought like a little child. Now that I am grown, my childish speech and feeling and thought have no further significance for me.

2 Cor 5:18 All this is from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation.

Colossians 1:19 For God was pleased to have all His fullness dwell in Christ, and through Him reconcile to Himself all things, whether things on earth or things in heaven, by making peace through His blood, shed on the cross.

Jeremiah 32:39 (NIV) I will give them singleness of heart and action, so that they will always fear Me and that all will then go well for them and for their children after them.

Definition of Reconcile (Collins English Dictionary) to make (two apparently conflicting things) compatible or consistent with each other.

Love you,

Corrine
