I am your Father who has given you gifts and a calling. I have a desire to see you walking in them.  It is My joy to bring you up into maturity. You are delightful to Me. Your spirit is strong and wise, but there are some places in your soul where you are still a child. These places were places taken early by sin and abuse, they have been locked away and unable to learn and grow. I have redeemed you, all of you. I have been bringing you through training and teaching your childish places to learn to behave. I am calling them up so that you can contain a fuller measure of My Spirit within you. Don’t despise My discipline, for I discipline the one I love, the one I delight in.~God

Hebrews 12:6 for the Lord disciplines the one He loves and punishes every son He receives.

Proverbs 13:18 Poverty and disgrace come to those who ignore discipline, but the one who accepts correction will be honored.

I have given you keys to unlock a door of hope in your valley. All creation cries out for you to come through, to be birthed, to be brought back to life. My faithful banner over you is love. I am sending a high tide of My grace, so that you may come through completely. You better believe that the deceitfulness of sin can carry you away from the things I have planned for you, but I have called you to carry the Sword and to cut through completely your connection to the world. I saw one in my spirit who was searching for the Presence of the Lord; seeking His Face and His kingdom. She was pacing, walking back and forth in frustration, trying to find a way to enter. The Bible says we are seated with Him in the Heavenlies and that Jesus has presented us through His blood, holy and blameless before His Father, and she believed that to be true. She settled her spirit and began to wait. Small yellow balls began to form before her as she waited. They made what appeared to be steps. She walked upon them all the way up to the Heavenlies. Where Jesus stood to greet her. He reached down and picked up one of the yellow balls. He held it in His hand before her and said: “Now, faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” As He said the last word the balls vanished and she stood suspended before Him.  He then said to her, “Faith is for now.”

I will bring you through and you will praise My name. I will not leave you in darkness. My Spirit is oil for the light of My word. Take time to soak in My Spirit- for you are a burning wick. As you spend time in My Presence, your being becomes saturated with the Oil of My Spirit and are able to behold My Glory. I want you to be with Me. You are a testimony of My eternal faithfulness, a light in the darkness. I want you to pull your affections away from the things on earth and seek Me above all else. Set your mind on things above. The earth shall pass and the wars will cease. My enemies will be thrown into the lake of fire. But I have a glorious reception for My chosen ones.

wick- verb 1. absorb or draw off by capillary action.

Isaiah 51:9 Wake up, Wake up! Put on the strength of the Lord’s power.

Isaiah 52: 12 I -I am the One who comforts you. Who are you that you should fear man who dies, or a son of man who is given up for grass?

There are things in you that lie below the surface. They are content to operate undetected. They cause you to feel hostility to those who want to expose them. They say: “Let me alone” “Let me be”!  They are deceitful and deceive your heart and cause you to withdraw from anyone who catches a glimpse of them.  I HAVE designated the destroyer to remove them from you. I am raising My Mighty Fist against the strongholds of pride in you. I say to that proud serpent. Loosen your grip..Let go of your hold! For this one is Mine! With the shattering strength of My Sacrifice, I am resetting you into the revelation of My Salvation. You will no longer say,  “my own hand has done this, I have worked so hard.”  For you will know that I have delivered you and that I will continue to deliver you. I will help you. Stand still and see the deliverance I bring you because you have taken refuge in Me. Your salvation is from Me. ~Jesus

I have often felt your hurt, from disappointments where you have expected things and people fail you.  But I have also seen their desire to love you. The thing that has come between you is your expectations. But I want you to put your hope in Me, and to be able to love regardless. I am teaching you to let your expectations be known and agreed upon, and even then you will often be let down by people. I desire for you to be quick to listen, slow to speak and especially slow to become angry. How can you love your enemies, if you can’t love your friends?  Every person and thing will disappoint you. I have made you in such a way, that only I can satisfy you. Don’t be under obligation, but be under My direction, and love as I have loved you. Trust in Me with all your heart and lean not on what you think should be. Acknowledge Me and I will straighten and direct your path.

Psalm 62:5 For God alone, O my soul, wait in silence, for my hope is from Him.

Romans 13:8 Do not owe anyone anything, except to love one another, for the one who loves another has fulfilled the law.

I see you. You hide before Me in clothes of rebellion. You hide before Me, in your many projects, in your work and ministry. You wear these things because you fear no one will see you without them. You have been so disappointed by others who should have loved you, who should have seen you and noticed that you are valuable, that you have given up hope. Instead of grieving your loss, you have run from it to other things. I am asking you to stand still before Me. Allow Me to remove the clothes under which you have hidden. You don’t have to pretend to be anything for Me to see you.  I want to expose your hurting heart so that I can heal it. I know how these things have hurt you. I know why you have done the things you’ve done. But I am here to restore and repair and to show you how to feel again. I am extending resurrection power that will bring life to the deaths you have experienced, and asking you to return to hope. Hope is a powerful force. ~Jesus

Be the first to do good. Do it because you love Me. I am willing that you set aside your pride and stubbornness and be the first to extend love and peace and kindness to others. You can begin this by speaking the things you believe for others out of your mouth. Thank Me for those things even before they come to pass. Begin to look for the new growth and will it forward in your faith. Love never fails. Do LOVE not for a return but because you believe in a city to come. Before you realize it, love will change you. You will love loving instead of love lacking. ~Jesus
