I saw myself praying and asking for treasure and prosperity. As I prayed I was taken to a narrow room. It was deep but not very wide, almost like a tunnel. It was filled with golden treasure, coins and pleasure.  I was alone in the room, with everything I had wanted. As I turned over the coins an immense understanding filled me of how utterly meaningless this treasure was. It was as if it had become sand in my hands. I began to despair and I looked back out into the hallway and Jesus was watching me.  My heart knew Him and I ran into His arms and wrapped my full grown legs around His waist and clung to Him. He is treasure. He said “to the one who has, will be given more, and they will have an abundance. Whoever dies not have, even what they have will be taken from them. You have chosen what is better and it will not be taken from you.”

I saw one in my spirit who was searching for the Presence of the Lord; seeking His Face and His kingdom. She was pacing, walking back and forth in frustration, trying to find a way to enter. The Bible says we are seated with Him in the Heavenlies and that Jesus has presented us through His blood, holy and blameless before His Father, and she believed that to be true. She settled her spirit and began to wait. Small yellow balls began to form before her as she waited. They made what appeared to be steps. She walked upon them all the way up to the Heavenlies. Where Jesus stood to greet her. He reached down and picked up one of the yellow balls. He held it in His hand before her and said: “Now, faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” As He said the last word the balls vanished and she stood suspended before Him.  He then said to her, “Faith is for now.”

I had a vision of woman with beautiful, long hair.  She held a mirror and admired her long locks, for they had grown beyond her and graced the earth as she walked. As I looked I realized she was sitting on a mound of earth. She tried to arise and shine, as the sun beamed down upon her, but shiny, green ivy had begun to grow in her hair. She thought to herself, “O it must have thought me beautiful to climb upon me” so she allowed it to grow.  The sun came out every day and beckoned to her to come up and play. The ivy had grown so, that her time was now spent tending to it. She trained it to grow and was delighted at the work of her hands. She felt the sun’s warmth but never looked up into his face. Fat, full clouds began to cover the sun, but she didn’t notice. Soon rain began to fall. She looked up and questioned “where is my warm sun?” But for now her ivy covered her. Then strong bolts of lightening lit the dark sky and struck the earth. How she wished she could play in the sun. Bound tightly, held to the ground, she could no longer lift her head. She cried and said ” o sun, would you come, I want to play and be warm again.” The sun replied. “I have never left, I am above the cloud, cut off your hair and you will arise and shine and be close to me.” And that.. is exactly what she did! As she was rising, the earth received such a bolt that it dissolved into fine dust and was swept away from sight.

The world is passing away, and all the things that people want in the world are passing away. But whoever does what God wants will live forever. I John 2:17

Set your mind on things above, not on earthly things. For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God. When Christ, who is your life, appears, then you also will appear with Him in glory. Colossians 3:2-4

I am calling you to a deeper walk with Me. As the bonds that have bound you are broken, you will grieve. As the people who you have so trusted disappoint you in their human-ness, you will be broken-hearted and know sorrow. But I am maturing you and bringing you to a place where your dependence is only on Me. When people forsake you, know that I will take you up. And I will give you perfect love that casts out fear. And I will heal your broken heart. My redeemed will return and come with singing and everlasting joy shall be upon their head. They will have gladness and joy for sorrow and mourning will flee. I am Spirit and where My Spirit is there is freedom. As you look and contemplate on Me you will be transformed into My likeness with ever-increasing Glory.

2 Corinthians 3:17,18 Now the Lord is the Spirit and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. We all, with unveiled faces, are looking as in a mirror at the glory of the Lord and are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, this is from the Lord who is the Spirit.

Psalm 27:10 Even if my father and mother abandon me, the Lord cares for me.

Psalm 27:13-14 I am certain that I will see the Lord’s goodness in the land of the living. Wait for the Lord; be strong and courageous. Wait for the Lord.

Deuteronomy 31:8 The Lord is the One who will go before you. He will be with you; He will not leave you or forsake you. Do not be afraid or discouraged.

I will bring you through and you will praise My name. I will not leave you in darkness. My Spirit is oil for the light of My word. Take time to soak in My Spirit- for you are a burning wick. As you spend time in My Presence, your being becomes saturated with the Oil of My Spirit and are able to behold My Glory. I want you to be with Me. You are a testimony of My eternal faithfulness, a light in the darkness. I want you to pull your affections away from the things on earth and seek Me above all else. Set your mind on things above. The earth shall pass and the wars will cease. My enemies will be thrown into the lake of fire. But I have a glorious reception for My chosen ones.

wick- noun 1. a strip of porous material up which liquid fuel is drawn by capillary action to the flame in a candle, lamp or lighter.

wick- verb 1. absorb or draw off by capillary action.

Isaiah 51:9 Wake up, Wake up! Put on the strength of the Lord’s power.

Isaiah 52: 12 I -I am the One who comforts you. Who are you that you should fear man who dies, or a son of man who is given up for grass?

Revelation 12:11 They conquered him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, for they did not love their lives in the face of death.

The way of mercy is mysterious. She is difficult for your flesh to comprehend. Mercy is My way. I desire to see her growing in you. So many desire to see justice and take matters into their own hands and hearts. You are to be to Me as a weaned child with his mother. He doesn’t concern himself with matters too great for him, but has stilled and quieted himself and walks safely beside her. Mercy triumphs over judgement. Humble yourself under My hand and in due time I will lift you up. I AM the One who made the winds and the seas, and they still know My voice. Remember how you have fallen and how I have continually restored you. My grace is sufficient for you, and My grace is sufficient for others.

Isaiah 53:5 (ICB) But he was wounded for the wrong things we did. He was crushed for the evil things we did. The punishment, which made us well, was given to him. And we are healed because of his wounds.

2 Samuel 18:33 The king was deeply moved and went up to the gate chamber and wept. As he walked, he cried, “My son Absalom! My son, my son Absalom! If only I had died instead of you, Absalom, my son, my son!”

Philippians 3:14        I pursue as my goal the prize promised by God’s heavenly call in Christ Jesus.

              I see some running through circumstances and hurdles. They have the end in sight and they put all their effort into completing their goals. But when they reach those goals and navigate through their circumstances and over the hurdles, their world turns over and the race begins again. It is the same race with different circumstances and hurdles. But some of My children have learned that they will not reach the end on Earth’s side. They have their eyes set on the things above and are learning to pace themselves to run the race with perseverance. Instead of competing to earn earth’s rewards, they understand they are not of this world. They have developed a strategy of spending time with Me. Living for Me is their goal. They have learned to come and take the living water from Me, to sit in My Presence and allow Me to love them. I supply all of there needs as they seek first My Kingdom.  I set before you this choice again today. Choose life that you may live.

Philippians 3:7 But everything that was gain to me, I have considered loss because of Christ. More than that, I also consider everything to be a loss in view of the surpassing value of knowing Christ Jesus, my Lord. 

Philippians 4:6 Don’t worry about anything, but in everything, through prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God which surpasses every thought, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

I have given you keys to unlock a door of hope in your valley. All creation cries out for you to come through, to be birthed, to be brought back to life. My faithful banner over you is love. I am sending a high tide of My grace, so that you may come through completely. You better believe that the deceitfulness of sin can carry you away from the things I have planned for you, but I have called you to carry the Sword and to cut through completely your connection to the world. I am going to kindle a fire in you, that will convince you to turn all of your affections to Me. My grace is sufficient. My grace is sufficient. My grace is sufficient.

2 Corinthians 12:9 But He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness.” Therefore, I will most gladly boast all the more about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may reside in me.

It is for freedom that you are free. I want you to be free to trust Me. I have made provision for you in every way. My grace is sufficient for you. You don’t have to strive to please Me. Striving to please Me has the opposite effect, because in your striving you reveal your unbelief in My Provision. Without faith it is impossible to please Me.  I have told you who you are to Me. Do you value your opinion of you more than Mine? Do you believe that I give you of My Spirit because of what you do? I give you My Spirit when you hear and believe in My Son’s death and resurrection. Today as you hear My voice, do not harden your heart, but enter My rest. Rest from your own works and be still and know Me.  You are My witness whom I have chosen to know and believe that I AM GOD.

Galatians 3:5 So then, does God supply you with the Spirit and work miracles among you by the works of the law or by hearing with faith?

Hebrews  4:9 Therefore, a Sabbath rest remains for God’s people. For the person who has entered His rest has rested from his own works, just as God did from His.

You are My witness. One that I have chosen to know and believe that I am God. I see you as one commanding works of wonder in My Name. You will operate in courage and kindness as you have come to understand the love I have for My Church. Call down from Me an air assault, for I will occupy the Earth! My glory and the knowledge of Me is to soon be revealed. My enemies will be routed and removed. Righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost will increase in your nation.  My glory will be declared among My people, and My wonders will be with them. ~God

Rom 14:17,18 For the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. Whoever serves Christ in this way is acceptable to God and approved by men.

Habakkuk 2:14 For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the Lord’s glory, as the waters cover the sea.
