cardinal word

For the past month I have been experiencing feelings come over me of being unwanted and not valued by others. The feelings wash over me. I will be happy and involved one minute and then “whoosh” feel unwanted and unaccepted the next. The feelings are powerful and bring tears to my eyes and an ache in my belly.  I began to seek the Lord about these feelings and believe He has given me a word of knowledge for rejection. I was praying and saw myself standing outside a basketball court in the city. My friends and family were playing ball. They were laughing and tossing the ball back and forth. I was standing with my face pressed against the fence, longing to be included. I turned and Jesus, the Man of sorrows, the One acquainted with bitterest grief, was sitting on a bench behind me. I sat with Him. He placed His hand on my shoulder and encouraged me to release my feelings. I began to blow them out through my mouth. They appeared in front of me as a big soap bubble. The bubble looked blue and sad. I handed it to Jesus. He took the blue bubble up to His mouth and blew into it. It changed into gold. He handed it back to me and I felt happy and warm. In my hands the ball became a golden basketball. I then saw myself playing ball with my friends with the golden ball. Jesus joined us and I set Him up for an alley oop! He swiftly dunked the golden ball and we all ran to give Him high 5’s.

Last night I was at my children’s track meet with my husband. I began to feel the feelings of rejection. I took a moment to close my eyes and imagine blowing the feelings out into the blue bubble and handing them to Jesus. I then received His acceptance as He blew His golden breath back to me. I then was able to interact with others without putting the pressure to accept me on them.  “You see, long ago, even before God made the world, He chose us to be His very own through what Christ would do for us; He decided to make us holy in His eyes, without a single fault. We stand before Him covered in His love. He planned to adopt us into His family by sending Jesus to die for us. We have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.  In this adoption we, become a part of the body of Christ and though we are many parts of His body, we are vitally joined to one another.”  We are accepted and we belong.

If you have experienced rejection from family or friends, from your church, I want to release to you healing and acceptance in Jesus’ Name.

Romans 8:10 “Now Christ lives his life in you! And even though your body may be dead because of the effects of sin, his life-giving Spirit imparts life to you because you are fully accepted by God.”

Romans 8:15 “For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.”

I have experienced some very overwhelming emotions this past week. Some so deeply that I have struggled to focus. I was crying out this morning to the Lord and had such a beautiful image of Him. I saw Him standing on what looked like white concrete. I was bowing at His feet and He was praying for me. Then I saw Him hold out His hands, palms up, with His fingers overlapping. His hands had formed a resting place. He looked up into a bright sky and I saw a Dove descending into His outstretched hands. He took the dove and placed it upon my head. Then He took my hand and prompted me to stand. I was aware of the Dove upon my head, but as I stood I saw that it descended from my head into my belly until I could see my belly glowing. I heard the verse “Let the peace of God rule in your heart”. He then led me back to a painting I did years ago for a friend that I wanted to share. The painting is titled “Remember Me”.

remember meColossians 3:15 Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, remembering that as members of the same body you are called to live in harmony, and never forget to be thankful for what God has done for you.

I dwell within you. I am in the center of your being. This is the place where we are united, I call  it the secret place. I want you to begin to live out of this place. I want you to look around your heart because sometimes your feelings feel through past hurts and mislead you. I don’t want you to dismiss your feelings because I have given them to you to alert you to things, but don’t make judgements based only on your feelings. I want you to look beyond your mind, because My thoughts are higher and many things can not be understood especially when you wear glasses of expectation. Expectations you place on others tend to lead you to disappointment and cause you to sin. I am calling you to look through faith at My glory and begin to do the things you see Me doing. I will meet your needs through this glory and you will no longer need to look at people for what they can do for you. Instead, you will abound in good works, and serve Me by loving others as they are. ~Jesus

Philippians 4:19 And my God will meet all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.

Ephesians 2:22 And in Him you too are being built together to become a dwelling in which God lives by His Spirit.

Do you believe Me?  Do you know that I have good planned for you?  Do you believe that I Am God?  Why is your soul downcast?  Put your hope in Me.  You will yet praise Me. Open up your heart and believe Me.  You have three choices, three voices speak: My Voice, your own voice and the voice of the enemy.  I speak life to you.  The enemy speaks death to you.  Your voice speaks the agreement you make with either life or death.  Choose life, that you may live and speak LIFE, even when your feelings feel so dead.  The power of your words in agreement with Mine, are more powerful than your feelings.  I speak peace to you today.  In this peace, take a moment to look at your thoughts.  Seek to identify with My life in them.  I am in you and I will help you. Be still and know that I am God.

Psalm 46: (NLT)  God is our refuge and strength, a tested help in times of trouble.  And so we need not fear even if the world blows up and the mountains crumble into the sea.  Let the oceans roar and foam; let the mountains tremble!

Come daily and surrender. Leave the worries of your heart at the doorstep and come inside in prayer with Me. I work everything out to its proper end. Watch that you don’t become conceited thinking that you know everything and are always right. My ways are higher and I see the end from its beginning. Don’t walk out of your flesh in fear by trying to control everything so that it won’t hurt you. As long as you are fearful you are available for hurt. When your fears are cast out by My perfect love you will know peace. For I will replace your fearfulness with My faithfulness. I will enable you to move beyond your hurts and love one another. Surrender and allow Me to control everything for nothing can harm you as long as you are in My care. ~ God

Galatians 5:6 What matters is faith working through love.

I have been aware of the rejection and loss in your life. I have felt the hurts and know of the scars you have received. I have seen you shattered to pieces. I am aware of every single piece, every fragment of your being. I have watched you rise up, in your strength and say in your heart “I will do whatever it takes to never have to experience such rejection again. I will survive!” Instead of following Me, you allow your fears to direct your heart.  You may not even be aware of this because the survival instinct is so powerful. I love you with an everlasting love. I am your Creator. I am calling you back from your grief. O shattered one. I will rebuild you with precious jewels. I have carried your rejections and loss. I was struck down and abandoned. But through the offering of My life you may live.  It is My joy to see you smile. I rejoice over you, My child. Come to Me and drink from My fountain. Give yourself to Me and let go of your survival. I am Life and I will give you unfailing love. You will no longer live in shame, disgrace or sorrow because I am your Husband, your Redeemer.

I am calling you to come to Me. Come away with Me. Lay down your strategies and lay down your fears. I have accepted you. I want you to be with Me, to come and rest in the secret place of My strong hand. You are unable to secure yourself and your methods bring harm to you and to those around you. But I have provided a shelter in My Son. He is a strong tower around you because He has fought and won your battles. I know you are afraid and feel forsaken by those you thought were strong. But I have allowed these things so that you will learn to depend only on Me. So that you will come to the only One who can truly love you. Once you know true love, you will be able to give it back. To give it back freely, just as you received it. There is strength in the knowing of My Love. I will cover you with My feathers and under My wings you will find refuge. In knowing My Love you can find the courage to face the things that need changing in you. I am calling you to come to Me, just as you are! I am calling you to ask Me to be your strength, to be your wisdom, to be the One who is always for you. Because I am.~God

I am willing the places in you that have been wounded to come out from hiding. I intend to bring healing power into them. I am asking that you offer them up to me. You can’t contain them and prosper in your life. I know that you didn’t know how to handle the things that happened to you. I know that you have hidden them because it was the only way you knew to survive. But you have walked with Me now for a time and you are stronger in your faith. I am within you to bring life and resurrection. I am coming by you with a mighty wind, that has the power to remove the dead things in your soul. Lift your hands in surrender, for I see your hurts being released and hidden wounds healed.  As they are removed, you have vibrant color in your cheeks and laughter on your lips.~Jesus

3 John 2  Beloved, I wish above all things that thou may prosper and be in health, even as your soul prospers. 

Romans 8:11 But if the Spirit that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by His Spirit that dwells in you.

I am your Father who has given you gifts and a calling. I have a desire to see you walking in them.  It is My joy to bring you up into maturity. You are delightful to Me. Your spirit is strong and wise, but there are some places in your soul where you are still a child. These places were places taken early by sin and abuse, they have been locked away and unable to learn and grow. I have redeemed you, all of you. I have been bringing you through training and teaching your childish places to learn to behave. I am calling them up so that you can contain a fuller measure of My Spirit within you. Don’t despise My discipline, for I discipline the one I love, the one I delight in.~God

Hebrews 12:6 for the Lord disciplines the one He loves and punishes every son He receives.

Proverbs 13:18 Poverty and disgrace come to those who ignore discipline, but the one who accepts correction will be honored.

I have created you to have purpose and to know who you are to Me. But so often you look to others or to your performance to tell you who you are. There is danger in this. You have an idea of what you want to be, and you begin to act in a way that will cause people to respond in approval, yet you are becoming untrue to Me. People and things have become idols in your life, and you are serving for their reactions instead of believing what I have said about you. I am asking you to come away from those things and admit that they can’t give you what you are looking for. After your confession, I want you to ask Me who you are to Me and be still long enough for Me to instruct you in the way you should go. For you are MY workmanship, created in Me to do good works that have already been prepared for you.
